Together with open studios, Tanya has been expanding this website. What do you think? Have you seen new features since your last visit?
This year, Tanya has won several poetry awards. She has made trips to England and Down East, Maine. Tanya is also at work on plans to help assure that open studios continues its community-based directions.
Open Studios weekends provide opportunities to visit artists' studios as you might visit an open house. Guests see what artists do and where we work. There's also the chance to stop and talk. San Francisco Open Studios weekends, by neighborhood, are underway each weekend of October. Events are free. Maps are available at galleries, coffee houses, and on the web.
Hunters Point Shipyard, where Tanya's studio is located, participates in San Francisco Open Studios the weekend of October 26 and 27.
